1. Information We Collect
- User profile data — name, email, language preference, and optional profile details you enter.
- Meal photos — images you take or upload for AI-assisted food recognition.
- AI meal scan results — AI-estimated dish, AI-estimated ingredients, general nutrition insights and notes returned by the AI.
- Wellness tracking data — meal logs, water intake, weight, waist measurements, daily progress, and program completion state used solely for in-app nutrition and wellness tracking (not clinical or medical records).
- Subscription & purchase status — whether you are on a free trial (7 days standard, or a 1-month promotional trial via the stores), monthly, or yearly plan. Purchase tokens are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play; we never see your card details.
- Basic device & diagnostic info — device type, OS, app version, crash logs (used only to keep the app stable).
2. How We Use Your Data
To deliver personalized wellness guidance, AI-based general nutrition insights, daily progress reports, and to operate and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your data for advertising.
3. AI Meal Scan Processing
When you scan a meal, the photo and any note you add are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider (Google Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway) solely to assist with food recognition and return general, wellness-oriented nutrition information. Photos are processed in transit and are not used to train third-party AI models.
4. Storage & Security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is restricted by row-level security policies so each user can only access their own records.
5. Sharing
We share data only with essential service providers (cloud hosting, authentication, AI providers, and the Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems) under strict confidentiality agreements.
6. Your Rights — Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time:
- From inside the app: Profile → Danger zone → Delete all my data or Delete account permanently.
- From the public deletion page: Delete your account.
- By email: info@intellura.ae.
You can also export your data on request by emailing the support address above.
7. Cookies & Local Storage
We use minimal local storage for language preference and authentication sessions only.
8. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

INTELLURA BestTayebat provides general wellness guidance, healthy lifestyle and nutrition information based on the Tayebat methodology. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
