1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the INTELLURA BestTayebat application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App provides educational wellness and nutrition guidance based on the BestTayebat methodology. You agree to use it lawfully and only for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Free Trial

The App offers a standard 7-day free trial on web sign-ups. A promotional 1-month free trial may be available when subscribing through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the offer in effect at the time of purchase — the store screen always shows the trial length that will actually apply. All billing, renewals and refunds for store purchases are handled by the store you subscribed through. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your device's App Store / Play Store account settings.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, branding, food guidance, illustrations and code are property of INTELLURA and may not be copied, redistributed, or modified without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

INTELLURA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App, including health outcomes. See the Disclaimer for medical guidance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
