Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Before any charge, you get a free trial: 7 days standard on the web, or a promotional 1-month free trial when subscribing through the Apple App Store or Google Play when the offer is available (the store screen always shows the actual trial length). You can cancel any time during the trial at no charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

Premium subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the original purchase after the trial ends, provided no substantial usage has occurred. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases follow the relevant store's refund policy and may be processed by the store directly.

3. How to Request

Email info@intellura.ae with your account email and reason. We typically respond within 3 business days. For store purchases, you can also request a refund directly from your Apple or Google account.

4. Non-refundable Items

One-time AI consultation packs, completed coaching sessions and gift purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Profile page or from your App Store / Play Store account settings. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
